A relaxed workshop (suitable for beginners) where you'll carve a ring or pendant in professional jeweller's wax. I'll guide you through every step, helping you create your own unique piece using simple tools to add shape and texture.
If you choose to get it cast, your wax model is sent to Antwerp and turned into sterling silver using the ancient 'lost wax' technique. You pay for this separately at the end of the workshop, depending on the silver price and the weight of your piece. I then polish and package your finished ring for collection or posting (an additional €6). Casting takes approximately 4 weeks.
All wax and tools are provided, so there's nothing to bring except reading glasses if you usually wear them for close-up work.
